Is there a meaningful house producer active in the 1990s who never had anything on Strictly? It's doubtful. 'Congo' is David Morales' only contribution as a producer, but what a contribution it is. The track's tribal drums and moody keys groove featured two veterans from Morales' Red Zone remix era on keyboards, Peter 'Ski' Schwarz and Peter Daou and former Latin Rascal Albert Cabrera on edit duties for the main mix. Top personnel, top tune.
