Starting off with a London coda, the track soon develops into an offbeat soul-with-attitude song with nods to BITA and Basement Jaxx, Lyric L's rapping primed and the backing singers evoking sweetly. The tougher bruk bass of "He Wants To Know" is a few notches up the scale, while Mr Phil Asher turns "Ooh U & I" on to his own brand of garage house with a pair of solid remixes.
