Next up we have BORN IN 83, and this track certainly sounds like it. Whether Luke was fulfilling a childhood fantasy via this track or has just stumbled upon this sound imaginatively, it’s resemblance to a heroic 80’s US cop show soundtrack is beyond satisfactory. Luke was certainly in the driver’s seat for this high speed car chase, as it rapidly turns corners and gains its momentum using a heavily synthesised rift with descending drum beats, high hats and a feisty bassline.
