After 8 years of remixing everybody else's records, King Unique have decided to let a few of their favourite producers take a shot at some of their back-catalogue - first track to get the ‘08 treatment is ‘Sugarhigh’. Melodic-meets-minimal genius Gui Boratto and old Junior label-mate turned superstar dj Nic Fanciulli have really excelled themselves and given us two incredible techno-flavoured remakes. KU’s own 2008 remix is big room tech-prog that keeps the best elements of the original. Starts tracky, then grows. And grows. And grows :) Final mix comes courtesy of Sennh who has put his trademark gorgeous layered techno shimmer to the fore, with dubbed out hints of the original elements dropped carefully into the gaps.Their remixes are presented here alongside the remastered 2002 original, available digitally for the first time.
