Anyone who’s a fan of the Meat Katie/Aquasky recent collaboration ‘Overneath’ will probably like this, premised as it is on similar electroid undertones. And it’s Aquasky again who have sharpened this for dancefloors, punctuating the original with arcade game shots and a wiggly Moroder-ish bassline. More of a groove than a track with loads happening in. Future Funk Squad makes the b-line more gnarly and stabs more proggy on his overhaul with Hi 8.
