Living Records is a new label masterminded by London’s dub KULT. After various successful releases on labels like Traum, Arcola and Raum…Musik and rocking international dance floors as a DJ for the past 15 years, dub KULT’s Neilon Pitamber has decided to put his money where his mouth is and start a label of his own.

Unusually for a label started by an artist, Living Records is not an excuse to put out the music other labels didn’t want. It is much more about new music and new artists. In fact every one of the six artists signed to the label so far have been discovered on the infamous myspace website.

Fitting with dub KULT’s DJ style, the musical focus of the label is very much fixed on the dancefloor with an experimental, leftfield edge. Providing something for the body, mind and soul – as they say.
