Urban Dubz Recordings was founded in 2004 with a vision to create a label that not only represented the music but also a culture & Fashion. To do this, we decided to make the label a creative outlet for producers / artists & fashion designers.

The foundation of the label is the music, and will always be that. Urban Dubz is characterized by Dirty beats, Dark, melodic basslines and uplifting, feel good vocals. The producers are young DJ / producers from London, New York, Miami, Paris, Germany & South America who have grown up in households where there parents listened and played Latin, Jazz, Rhythm & Blues, Salsa, Soca, Calypso, Funk & Soul. At the same time they grew up listening to Hip Hop, Drum n Bass, Detroit Techno, UKG, Sythe pop, Electronica and Brazilian. These influences stimulate them to make a form of dance music that can only be described as unique.
