Pop Pop Records is the creation of House music’s rising stars and ex-BBC Radio 1 ‘Residents’ the Trophy Twins.

Today the lads are highly regarded on both an International level playing all over the world at shows as far afield as South Africa and Ibiza, and National level playing regularly at clubs like Pacha, Godskitchen, Cross, Escape and Play. They are residents at KissdaFunk at Mision in Leeds, Dusted at Egg in London, and Judgements Sundays in Ibiza.

For the last few years the Trophy Twins have been developing their diverse and varied sound amongst the rising star of the House scene and were touted as Mixmag Future Heroes alongside Nic Fanciulli and Tom Neville.

In the studio, they’ve been busy too, their debut release ‘Anarchism’ gained heavy support from Deep Dish and Steve Lawler, signed to Global Recordings. Their other 2 original productions ‘Dutty Rhythm’ and ‘Ill Behaviour’ received great support from Pete Tong and Judge Jules on Radio 1, while their remix of Flash Brothers ‘Happy’ received great support from Nic Fanciulli too.

The ultimate recognition came in early 2005 when they were picked by BBC Radio 1 alongside Nic Fanciulli, Jon O’Bir and others future stars to be the House ‘representatives’ for the new ‘Residency’ show, although unfortunately due to a change at the station there wicked Saturday and Sunday morning shows were cut short.
