New York Grooves is the creation of DJ / Producer Ralphie Dee. Ralphie's DJ career began in New York back in the 80's playing in almost every hot spot from Brooklyn to Manhattan. With the success 'Major Problems / Overdose' which hit the record mirror charts in 1990 he first caught the eyes of British promoters and was booked with Lenny Dee to play at Heaven in London.

Then after he co-produced the smash 'The Realm' he started getting booked almost every weekend all over Europe and the U.S. Since then he has played many of the world's best clubs as well as some of the biggest raves. Radio stations all over the world have featured his DJ sets and he has featured in interviews in magazines like Groove and Ten Dance in Germany, Coda in France, Discoid in Italy, Partysan in Switzerland and Mixmag in the U.S. and U.K..

As of September 2002 he began working for UDG / Ultimate DJ Gear overseeing the U.S. operations. His new label 'New York Grooves' aims to bring top quality house music to the ears of dance music enthusiasts worldwide.

A fixture on the worldwide dance scene for over 10 years he continues to amaze with scorching hot DJ sets featured on Ministry Of Sound radio and syndicated all over the globe.
