Following a superb 18 months which has seen him contribute to Mylo's worldwide hit album, release outstanding tracks on Get Physical and remix for the likes of The Knife, Great Stuff and Adrift, Williams launches his own imprint, Love Triangle Music.

Set up with David Ross, the man responsible for the artwork on Williams' debut lp for Glasgow Underground, Love Triangle Music was created as a reaction to the restrictions both parties felt were imposed upon them as a result of working in music for many years.

'Williams wants to have the freedom to produce music on his own terms while I want to ensure I have the same freedom with design and art direction' said Ross.

Further clarifying the label's remit, Williams added 'We hope to create an outlet for high quality electronic music whether it be for Djs and clubs or for pure listening and pleasure. The main goal is to release music from new producers interested in thinking beyond the dancefloor, and create a family that listeners will associate with good design, quality and consistency.'

Aptly kicking off Love Triangle Music is a rich, rousing house cut entitled 'The Shivering' by Williams himself. Remixes come from Systematic's Bodzin & Romboy and forthcoming LTM artists, Pitch & Hold, who were the catalyst for the label's inception following Ross and Williams discovering them on Myspace.

With early support from John Digweed, Laurent Garnier, Nic Fanciulli, Mathew Roberts, Tiga, AlexKid, Deep Dish and Poker Flat's Jeff Bennet, the label is already off to a flying start.
