The Austrian reggae label Irievibrations Records was founded in 2001 by the two brothers Syrix and Professa, who are also known as Iriepathie. Recently two additions to the label were accepted, Bassix who strenghtens the producing section alongside Syrix, and Mattydread who assists Professa in the management department. Due to the good standing connections to Jamaica, regular and flexible cooperation’s with the best and most famous artists of the Caribbean island are possible.

Irievibrations Records has already worked with singers like Luciano, Anthony B, Morgan Heritage, Natty King, Turbulence, Perfect, Leroy Smart, and many others. The turnouts of these collaborations are 7" selections, which have hardly any match in Europe. The selections are pressed in Jamaica and distributed from there by One Love International. It is an Irievibrations Records philosophy to support the Austrian and European reggae community, so there are always young, talented and upcoming artists featured on the flipsides.

The work of Syrix and Professa consists not only of selecting the singers and DJs for the productions, but also of running the Irievibrations studio in Vienna where the most songs are recorded and produced. The riddims, which trademarks are the perfect harmony and cleanness, range from slower roots riddims, stomping bahsment riddims to blasting dancehall riddims. In the future Irievibrations records will aim to be renowned worldwide in the reggae community and will continue to release national and international quality products.
