Hi-Bias Records Inc. (Hi-Bias) is an independent music production house, record label and publishing company, dedicated to producing, publishing and marketing its own music. It is the brain-child of Nick Fiorucci (Fiorucci) a music entrepreneur who at age 32, became the youngest person ever to be inducted into The Records Canadian Music Hall of Fame.

In 1993, Hi-Bias became the first Canadian dance label to be distributed by a major label. When BMG Music signed Canada’s first dance act, Oval Emotion, it was a Hi-Bias discovered and produced act. Hi-Bias continued domestic achievements include winning a Juno Award and eleven other nominations, a MuchMusic Video Award, dozens of top-10 dance videos and national dance singles and five Top-40 national CHR singles.
