HOW TO ENTER:
Visit http://www.iancarey.com/board and follow instructions to agree to the participant license agreement and release governing use of the Track and your remix (License) and follow on-site instructions. To enter the Contest, create a remix of the Track, and upload your Remix entry (Remix). The Contest begins on October 6th, 2008 at 8:00 A.M. (GMT) and ends on December 6th, 2008 at 8:00 A.M. (GMT). Gfab Records (Organiser) is not responsible for late, incomplete, lost, delayed, garbled or misdirected entries. In order to qualify, user must complete the required fields of the Contest form and must submit a valid e-mail address.

ELIGIBILITY:
All Remixes must be successfully uploaded to GFAB by 8:00 A.M. (GMT) on December 6th, 2008. Open to residents worldwide. Employees of Sponsors, their prize manufacturers, their affiliated companies, participating advertising agencies, subsidiaries, and/or promotional partners, any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Contest, and their immediate families and members of the same household are not eligible to win. Entrant agrees to not knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Contest and/or prevent others from accessing the Contest. Void where prohibited. As a condition of participation in the Contest, all entrants must agree to the License.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:
Contest winner(s) will be selected by Ian Carey & the staff of GFAB Records. Winners will be notified by the e-mail address they submitted within seven (7) days of the winning remix being selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By entering the Contest, entrants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these official rules and the License. Decisions of judges are final and binding.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
By registering for the competition you agree that Gfab records and the sponsors involved in the contest share your information for promotional / marketing purposes. No information will be made available to companies /organizations not directly connected to the contest.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Gfab Records and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prize.
By uploading your mix you understand that Gfab records has full, worldwide exclusive rights to duplicate, distribute and offer for sale your submission.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost or late entries or Remixes, nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or Sponsors affiliates which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
