(MSTRKRFT’s JFK)

I’ve just had the pleasure of deejaying with MSTRKRFT at the first edition of Neon Noise Project in east London, an exciting new night which will kick off every couple of months or so. I’ve been appointed resident with my partner Andrea Gorgerino – together we’re JBAG – and it was pretty furious to say the least. Autokratz played a live set whilst mr Tronik Youth finished the night. Check the pix. Next one is lined-up for Saturday 21st June and will welcome Australia’s finest Bang Gang DJs + Modular’s siblings Bumblebeez (and JBAG of course) as well as Trailer Trash hosting the annexe. Now that should be interesting… JBAG is in studio non-stop at the moment. We’ve just finished a slammin’ remix for Sparks, it’s called ‘Good Morning’ and is the first single of their new orchestral-rock album ‘Exotic Creatures Of The Deep’. Thirty years on the brothers Mael are still as witty and challenging as they’ve ever been. They’ve also asked me to support them on some dates for their 21 nights live residency in London between May 16 and June 13, how cool is that?!
