You probably heard this name quite often in 2007 , without a doubt he is one to watch ,here is a bit more info MALENTE is a German dj/producer and released a total of five albums on Unique Records since 1999.

Since his debut album ‘The Spirit of Malente’ released in 2000 and much-respected second album ‘No Risk, No Funk’ in 2002, he has been earning his stripes as a talented producer and has taken his sound across the globe with a series of DJ gigs.

Despite first impressions, the Malente sound isn’t simply Electro House. It is loud & dirty, cut up & tweaked up pumping Electro with a rockin’ & funky feel - this on the basis of that typical Malente-vibe!

Malente loves remixing other Artists tunes. Over the years he reworked tunes by Louie Austen, Mason, Bob Sinclar, Thomilla, Groove Rebels, Coburn, The Strike Boys and about thirty more. And he recently compiled an album called Whow- The Remixes -which features his best remixes from way back in 1999 when it all began …

As A DJ Malente plays not only in Germany, but worldwide. Solely in 2006, he travelled the USA, Canada, Australia, Thailand, Bali, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Russia, Ukraine, Greece, Spain and other countries. When Malente is playing one of his outstanding DJ-sets, PARTY is to be expected and no puristic bullshit.
